It worked great but then...

It worked great but then all the sudden a partion got destroyed. I had 3 partions on this drive. i have a mac I have 1 partion for school documents 1 for a windows partion and 1 for extra room for my mac hard drive. My mac harddrive partion was ruined!!!!!! really upsetting its the first day i got it.
