Picked these up at PAX East this year at the Turtle Beach booth, due to a few favorable preview articles I had read. On a 14 hour return trip from Boston I got more than a good chance to test them out. Turtle Beach's intent with these headphones was to make a good set of mobile gaming headphones and I would say they've accomplished that goal.
I used them with my iPad and the sound was crisp and clear with Sword and Sworcery, Temple Run, and Hero Academy. I used them with my Android phone (Moto Atrix) and the call quality was excellent, even in the middle of a noisy con.
Things I liked:
-In-line mic
-Cord length (5 foot is just about the perfect length)
-Fold-able, and collapsible
-Mic/Aux Splitter included (for use with a PC)
Things I didn't Like:
-No case (I felt like a case would be handy as extra protection when shoving them in a bag)
-Music tracks with heavy bass don't sound the best
-On the ear (after extended use they can become uncomfortable)
Overall I don't know if I would purchase these again. The reason being, because I already have a set of ear buds (V-Moda's) that function quite well in most situations when I'm out and about and I have an over the ear set of Sennheiser's that are better for longer listening sessions.
For someone looking for a mobile audio solution that packs more of a punch than ear buds, but is more compact than over-the-ear, non-folding headsets - this is the one for you.

STOP LOOKING!!! These bad boys are comfortable enough for hours of gameplay and create the most dynamic sound. What a great idea and am so psyched I got one of the last pairs. STFU and buy them you idiot.
